Duty: Reported to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for developing and implementing the direction and strategy of the business. Recruit key management positions and develop an efficient organization. Actively involve business development to build a broad client base.
Requirement: The incumbent should have a strong biotech pharmaceutical or preclinical CRO background. Strong in vivo pharmacology or toxicology experience is preferred. The incumbent also needs to be a good communicator, a strong influencer and have enthusiastic entrepreneurial spirit.
